What were you doing a year ago today? Me? I was signing my life away ... I mean, signing my name to more paper than I care to count and, in doing so, promising to pay for the next 30 years, for a 3 bedroom, 1 and a half bath home in a nice, established subdivision here in town. I called my dad after the closing, and I can still remember what I told my dad when he FINALLY answered the phone. "I ARE ONE!" -- Family joke.
