IT'S WHAT'S FOR DINNER

I marinated a chicken breast tenderloin and a red bell pepper (cut up, of course) and a green onion in Italian dressing ... then baked it in the oven.  While that was baking, I steamed half of a fresh head of cauliflower.  After pureeing it, I added a little bit of sour cream and some Ranch dressing and voila!  Mock mashed potatoes.  Truly yummy!
