This is a testament to the camera, not the photographer. I, literally, pointed the camera and snapped the photo, keeping my eyes on the road the whole time!
You remember those bridges across the street from the Capital Hotel? Take the bridge heading ... I don't know what direction, and it will take out to the intersection of whatever and 420 (to head out to the game perserve).
