is the car just stuck? why didn't you go out and move it for him? you know how to drive in this stuff.

Yeah ... it was stuck! The front driver's side tire was actually "dug into" the snow and ditch. There wasn't any other way than to be pulled out. She was actually lucky she didn't break an axle!
