DROWNING!!!!!!!!!!

I'm drowning in the pool of "It's All Gotta Be Done Now!"

Why did I go swimming in the pool in the first place? Who really knows! Fatalistic tendencies, I suppose. Yet, I sit here wanting to do nothing but go to bed, all the while, there is a mountain of things on the TO DO list to try to accomplish.

Will it end?

I doubt it highly ...

Heh, welcome to the real world. We never want to do the things we need to do when that time comes. But as we get older, we learn that putting things off doesn't make them go away--it just compounds the problem.

Speaking of procrastination, have you prepared for death? You do know that we are all part of the ultimate statistic: ten out of ten people die. There is no escape.

And the Bible says that after we die, we will face the Judgment of God. Are you ready? I certainly hope so. I'm praying for you.

Since you can only do one thing at a time anyway, just do one thing at a time. Then the mountain doesn't seem so big, it's just one step...then another step. Look back and recall the long journey later. Don't dread the long journey ahead before you've even started. Just take the first step.
